Sometimes freezes and crashes without errors when it's not the focused window. So far it's only happened when it's behind another window or when it's minimized.
Incredible game! Pat positions just lead to death (by spending shields on clicking illegal positions), any idea on how to work around it ? Example : 8/8/2R5/kN6/4PP2/1K6/8/5B2 b - - 0 1 (rook to move next)
edit: Oh I just found out Souls! I should have moved like a knight

I love this concept! The art and music/sfx are very well done.
I hope that the full release could include a two player mode, one player having ever changing armies as White and the other player being the lone king as Black.
This is an amazing game, it's funny, strategic, and easy to understand all at once. It makes for a repayable game that I will definitely waste hours on XD
This is a great, fun game! Really addicting too XD. Harder than it looks though... Moreover, great concept; I'd say the most annoying thing is the rng though and how you can sometimes completely whiff the shot. I got to floor 15 using a strategy centered around soul moves + the crown, minimal pieces on board, and high power high accuracy shots.
Edit: Floor 21 is now my PB. I think it would be could if there were other game modes besides the campaign that would allow for more customization - like a playground where we could select our own buffs.

Fantastic game! Lots of fun! I did find one bug: I had an ability to take a second turn after using a soul move. I was checkmated by the queen and used a soul move. It took away my two shields but let me do the third move. Not sure if the bug is that it let me move the third time or if it took away the shields the first two. I like the idea of being able to move into check if a bonus turn will take place immediately after.
Had some XCOM moments where I died because every single pellet missed my target when the only option was to shoot. At a knights move worth of range.
But other than that, very addicting and fun! Wasn't able to beat stage 10 but just glad I made it there. Got carried away clearing pawns and opened a direct path to myself from a rook.

I finnaly managed to finish 10 flors. I enjoyed it very mutch. Good game

Im not very good at chess, but adding a shotgun sure does mix it up a bit

Iam on floor 19, the key is to reduce king health, and increase the accuracy of shotgun to instant kill the king.
*after floor 11 etc. u will find that is the easiest way to play

Got some really good effect combos.
Leaving the King at permanent 2 hp + a free move after using a Soul was mostly a garanted 1 hit kill after using a Soul to get close
